How long does cremation take?
Ashes are usually returned to the family within 7 to 10 days, after the required permits are issued.
Can we have a viewing before cremation?
Yes. Many families hold a private viewing or a full service before cremation.
Do we have to buy an urn?
No. Ashes are returned in a simple container, and you can choose an urn later or not at all.
How do I know the ashes are my loved one’s?
We follow a strict identification process with a metal tag that stays with your loved one throughout.
